By accessing and using macrovision.studio (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. Macro Vision Studio Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services

Macro Vision Studio Inc. provides strategic consulting, creative, and digital services to businesses and non-profit organizations. This Site serves as a marketing and inquiry platform only. All formal engagements — including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees — are defined and agreed upon in a separate written contract between MVS and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or agreement for services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, case study materials, and website code — is the property of Macro Vision Studio Inc. and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this Site without our express written permission.

4. Submitted Information

Information you submit through our intake form — including project details, organizational context, and contact information — is used solely to evaluate your inquiry and determine whether MVS is a good fit for your needs. Submitting an inquiry does not create any obligation on the part of MVS to provide services, nor does it constitute a contract of any kind. We treat all submitted information with strict confidentiality.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Macro Vision Studio Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MVS in the three months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
